I had an really good stay with lovely room views and delicious food that was bursting with flavor. Although the dining options were excellent, the slow service during peak hours was a bit disappointing. Would definitely choose this place again!

Our stay was highlighted by heartfelt gestures from the staff, including a personalized note welcoming us. The beachfront sunset view from our room was nice and lovely.

staff, hospitality, help in everything. Location - close to kitespot. kitchen. SPA improved the room free of charge, more, pool
1) the room is improved, but was next to the restaurant - noisy, the smell of food and no longer has the sea view, which we originally hoped for when choosing a room

Really good hospitality from the staff.
The hotel faced overwhelming issues as it was accommodating many displaced guests. The lack of available amenities was really stressful. The reception was crowded, and food services were chaotic. I felt frustrated waiting for hours just to access basic necessities like the shop, poorly stocked.

The sea and the beach!
The quality and choice of dishes cannot be considered as a 5-star hotel. There's practically no animation for children and adults. There's no volleyball on the beach.

We're resting for the second time, and we like it. We always take a room with a pool, including breakfast and dinner. The food is great, varied, always fresh. The staff is always up to speed, there's nothing to pick on. We'll come back in the fall.
There is no such thing.

Beautiful hotel, good facilities, you could spend the whole vacation there (everything you need is available)
Cleaning not always perfect - not for a 5 stars hotel - cleaning ladies should be checked!. New, very nice hotel, luxury I can say, but final cleaning not finished - still materials left on the floors. Not perfect...

The facts without the fluff
This hotel is lovely! The warm and professional staff. The fine views from our Beautiful Room and the good cuisine added to the experience. The serene beach and excellent facilities were perfect for relaxation. We appreciated the extra efforts of the crew, especially during challenging times amidst nearby wildfires.

Beautifull hotel with real value for money in low season. Great breakfast with fresh orange juices and many more....... Splendid view over the beautifull pools and sea. Very nice room and bathroom. Highly recommended!
For a 5-star hotel, some newspapers would be nice to have on the room or at the lobby. Although the bathroom was very nice and big, there was not a seperate douche and it was crappy showering in the great bath in the bathroom, in the corner for taking a shower. The difference between garden view suites and sea view suites are not that big. One thing what was really not a 5 star solution in my opinion, how they have handled our complain of our seaview room. In advance we have made a phonecall to ask the difference between garden or seaview. In our case we booked a sea view room which had a very slight view of sea. After complaining at the reception, they could not tell the difference with a garden view room, but the price was mantained......
